i was biking with my gym breh down by cherry beach path on a hot ass day and forgot to hydrate. I was desperate and close to blacking out from heat exhaustion. I finally find one fountain after over a hour and theres a homeless man taking a whore's bath in it like its a gas station sink. I still filled up my bottle and sat there thinking about drinking that shyt as his words echoed in my head "don't be homeless"

i threw that shyt out even in my desperate state.

Yeah I listened to a podcast about this so fukked up.

The way cacs treat native people is horrific to say the least.
Natives seen as an existential threat to Canadian cacs. Natives here get the full brunt of white people's hatred in the most visceral way because deep down they know that there is no possible justification for the egregious theft of their land. So they lash out against their victims. It's very telling that the treatment of indigenous people in Canada was the blueprint for South African apartheid.

i changed my trip from july to august
