I don't think it matters if you even have a negative covid test, you could catch it at the airport transiting here or from a passenger or from the airline crew. It just makes zero sense to keep flights from India (or any country really) coming when the country is struggling as it is.
They might not want to offend India right now, but who cares? India's got their own problems to take care of right now, Canada needs to protect themselves instead of worrying about their "global image". Because we could very be another India if they're not careful, and if the actions of both the federal and provincial are any indication, Canada is sloppy as fukk at doing anything and their actions lead to terrible results
