Not understanding this vaccine strategy.

Thought I saw this morning that anyone 45 and older can get a vaccine in York region? A region not considered a hot spot? @TradePascalSiakam this true?

Who owns the vaccine rollout? Province, municipality?

It's not anyone over 45 and older, they have to be in the areas where case numbers are high and where there's a high number of essential workers. My uncle's in a York Region hotspot, and the vaccine isn't available to people in his area yet

Americans had The mobile clinic program in feb 2021..began delivering vaccines directly to the community, to those seniors who need to get this vaccine

the thing is ontario has 1.4 million vaccines in freezers and are stil stuck on these 75,000 vaccinations a day instead of ramping it up
There are enough pharamcists, doctors and nurse practitioners that the rollout should not be these atrocious
