Anyway, movie was great, funny but also a well-told story. I feel like this movie did what the movie "Funny People" was trying to do, giving you an in-depth look in the mind of a comedian. I saw it with an older "matinee" crowd though so a lot of the jokes flew over their heads.

lol, yeah I guess that's not a major accomplishment. I'll also say this is basically what Judd Apatow was trying but failed to do with "Funny People." It was serious when it needed to be, funny when it needed to be but it never felt bloated or self-indulgent

Brehs are getting to see this now . We got a good 5/10 minutes of stand-up out of him at the Toronto screening before the film. Paramount bought the rights the evening after we saw it.
