How is Cocaine Thack going to react without his cocaine

This episode really put the focus on Clive Owen and his portrayal of Cocaine Thack. Those withdrawal symptoms were hitting him hard and the direction for the episode with the numerous close-ups of a sweaty, jittery, Thack were very well done. Dude had me uncomfortable just watching him on TV as he struggled to get through the doctor conference 
. Not only did it effect his work at The Knick, but also his relationship with Lucy. She wanted the excitement and adventure of Cocaine Thack instead of a sweet, nice guy like Birdie though 
. Speaking of Birdie once he finds out that his idol is smashing the girl he loves 
. Racist doc bringing home babies to his clearly depressed wife who is crazy right now. Meanwhile Algernon got Nellie making house calls to his apartment, my man was laying on the bed with the 
face while she was topless and smoking a cig.
That judge done let Typhoid Mary out on the streets again

Ive been around a lot of addicts in my life and watching him struggle was very true to life.
Soderbergh is such a natural born film maker.

)....only thing i couldnt fuk with is the magical camera angles that occurred to make sure u couldnt see the nurse naked
