who else is left at lightweight? Figueroa?:ld:

Crawford should move up.

There's plenty fighters there who could test/beat him (Linares, Shafikov, Bey, Abril)

But Pac needs some new low risk opponents and I can't fault the brother for chasing that check :ld:

crawford vs pacman for the vacant 140 wbo?

 That's why Algieri was stripped

Crawford and Pacquaio cash in they belts to fight for the 140 belt

Ain't nobody beating Crawford at lw right now. At 140 I could see him on a pac undercard against someone like vargas or humberto soto, and then a fight against pac after that.

Could happen. I think Crawford will likely land in the 147 division. Too many good fighters are going to be ducking him at 140 and 147, so I doubt we see him fight Manny (unless Manny gets his ass beat by Floyd, and then becomes desperate for another big fight) or Danny Garcia.

Top notch win for Crawford, damn man Ray had nothing,Couldn't get past the jab, and the few flush shots he landed,Crawford ate those:ehh:

I would like to see a few more fights at 135 and 140 before going after Manny...But the money is:banderas: so dont blame him.

I missed the mexican russian fight, will catch replay tomorrow:yeshrug:

I really find it funny how people can come out of nowhere and from lower weight divisions and have shots at pac, yet people are suppose to take pac seriously? When your options are low AND your ppvs are low you should be accepting low offers. :mjpls:

Crawford vs thurman is the fight i want to see on the undercard of floyd vs pac though. Winners gets the shot at the winner.

Where do y'all rank Bud on the P4P list?

U don't think it's too soon for him to be fighting Floyd?

1 - Mayweather
2 - Ward
3 - Klitschko
4 - Pacquiao
5 - Rigondeaux
6 - Hopkins
7 - D. Garcia
8 - Stevenson
9 - Bradley
10 - Marquez
11 - Crawford
12 - M. Garcia
13 - Alvarez
14 - Jhonny Gonzalez
15 - Golovkin
16 - Walters
17 - Froch
18 - Brook
19 - Kovalev
20 - Andrade/Lara

that was my last list. I would move Kovalev up just outside of or in the top 10, BHop right behind him, and Crawford would be right around 9 or 10 on my list. I am gonna soon have to remove Ward from my list and place him as inactive. Its just a personal list. I dont think P4P means as much today as when I was growing up because nowadays these lists are more about attrition than talent. Talent wise I would put Bud higher. Kovalev as well. Kovalev proved with that one fight against BHop that he is top 10 in the world.

As far as too soon to face Floyd. No. He is as ready as he will ever be and would be a great challenge, but I wouldnt bank on that fight happening. I just dont think Floyd and his team are interested in fighting any good black fighters....for a number of reasons. Floyd wont be fighting much longer so now is the time anyway. The jump to Floyd at 147 is a bit much tho.

@Newzz  you know the fight that I want for Bud at 140 :myman:

only thing Crawford need to do is limit those big shots he take. I think he can give a lot out people problem with pure boxing skills though. also he keeps that jab pumping at all times...:lolbron:
