What do they have against for allowing night matches?

Correct. If you've ever been to Wimbledon the courts are literally right by residential homes so with thousands of people coming out at night etc they consider the home owners. It is only 2 weeks but still, people come out of there drunk as hell as it is add on late night games and it's messy. Brits drink like no other.

I know but you'd think they'd be able to arrange some type of transportation so people aren't walking through the neighborhood.

Maybe. Whenever Wimbledon is on the queue for the tube station is huuuuge. shyt is wild. I'm sure they've considered these things but it hasn't changed so must not be feasible.

I been to the US Open courts and it's near a residential area too. But I guess since it's near a working class area, they don't care that much lol
