Drive Rush costs a ton like 3 bars. Completing some of these puts you fullblown burnout. And that shyt SUCKS.

Capcom should just put this shyt out as early access right now until the game drops. I wouldn't even mind if you had to pay full price of the game just in order to have early access now, since I'm buying it full price, day 1 anyway.
Idiots would complain about broke and unfinished things and sway other idiots. Not worth the hassle.
Nobody gonna be doing combos with 2 Drive Rushes outside of checkmate scenarios

for the anti-parry squad it looks like if you land a parry you have SOME sort of throw invulnerability:
There is no anti parry squad it's just me
And this don't apply to any situation I've mentioned so far
you shouldn't be punished for parrying a fireball so throw invuln there makes sense.I specifically talked about whiffed parries and punish counter. You whiff a parry vs a throw/grappler you're still fukked
And to even further solidify my point about Parry punishes being trash I just found out scaling after a parry STARTS at 50%

Eh, there's still some things for them to work out. Some of Chun's animations look a bit unfinished. But I get your energy. I'd be perfectly OK if they said "All right folks Open Beta with the full roster in December and the game comes out in February". What you don't want is people pissing and moaning about small issues when the energy is so positive right now. Part of the reason for that is that such a small sample size + pros/influencers got access to the Beta. Once you open it up, it opens up to the uninitiated as well. So I get their thinking with this.
I mean I had the game crash MULTIPLE times after ranked matches. But I understood it was a beta. The average yahoo doesn't have that level of understanding.
I personally don't want to even think about the World Tour stuff until the full game.
Overall I love the Drive system and do think it'll produce some unique play styles and decision making. My major issue is the economy of it all
- Parry as an idea is fine, and perfect parries look cool, but again I'm cool on the damage scaling after a perfect parry. I shouldn't be punished for making a correct read. If they adjust that
- Drive Rush is great, and I'm fine with it being expensive, but if it's gonna cost half my bar I wanna be able to cancel out of ANYTHING. That'll make for some truly unique gameplay. I'm spending half my bar nikka let me Drive Rush out of Hadouken
- I don't know if nikkas are scared to say it or just don't realize it yet but nikkas gonna be SICK of Drive Impact before long that shyt is annoying and I think part of the issue is it's too cheap. Make it two bars and it's less likely to become as annoying as it's eventually going to be
- EX cost is fine
- Haven't seen Alpha Counter so I don't know how much bar it costs but I hardly saw anyone using it
