The more I watch the footage of cammy, I'm like whats the point of Kim, but I guess Kim is more setplay and corner character. Cammy seems to be a straight up strike/throw high low mixup character.

It's fine you can have multiple versions of a character type if they're unique enough. This game is gonna end up having 6 shotos anyway like every other SF game so why not:russ:

The determining factor with Cammy is if these specials are as good as they look in the trailers and footage because Cammy has always been cooler on paper than she is in the actual game

Knew I wasn't the only one:mjlol: everything about that model is weird as hell

Most of SF6 models look great but Manon looks out of place. Her model is huge and looks like she's from a different game. She's supposed to be 5'8 but she's the same height on screen as Marissa who's a foot taller:pachaha:

Big awkward ass Mortal Kombat movements:mjlol: model looking all stiff and unpolished

Chun Li's model is kinda janky too but it ain't ass pronounced as Manon

Right. They're still very different enough + what you're saying about variations of similar styles. There's a bit to that in nearly every fighting game really.

SF has always had this problem tho since SF2. Like, Vega was always stated to being 6'0, while Guile was 6'1 or 6'2 and Gief was listed as 7'0 and Gief typically looked shorter than both. Meanwhile, Vega just being on his tippy-toes towered above both of them and looked nearly as tall as Sagat's 7'2 ass. Their weight proportions be all wrong too. Sagat being as solid and tall as he is ain't no fukking way he was less than 400 lbs, but they've always had him listed in the 200's.

But yeah, Manon does look quite stiff and awkward in her standing and forward walking pose. Her actual attack animations, throws and her parry stance (on hit) look the most fluid and animates very well tho. Her build is still weird as fukk tho. I think it's kinda the point of her to look stork/swan-esque.

I'm lowkey mad that she's essentially taking Laura's spot. Hope it isn't for the entirety of the run tho.
