It’s more liquid than real estate. Very easy to get cash for your cards. Whether you sell them yourself or go through consignment.
Would y'all recommend sending them through consignment to get more for the cards?
You can get back more money on the higher end cards. eBay cuts a deal with PWCC and Probstein, so you lose less to fees if you go through consignment than the usual eBay 13% fees.
And the listing will reach more people through a known consigner. And you don’t have to worry about shady buyers trying to get returns or refunds or scam you any which way.
When it comes time for me to sell my stuff, I’ll be going through PWCC most likely.
FWIW, these consignment companies are all scum and knowingly sell altered cards.
