I see these cards I want, but I have to control myself and not just throw all of this money at every card I see..


But, if my golf bets hit for the PGA Championship..................

Happens all the time. Especially after I buy a big card and an even bigger one pops up a couple days later.

I looked up the cert number on PSA. Were you the one that bought it in April?.

Yeah, that's the one. I took a bunch of shyt to PWCC that's gonna be in their June auction. Mostly "lower end" Kobes. I'm trying to focus on cards that have explosion potential in the future.

So, I got my Lamar Kaboom in the mail today. My best cards that I've gotten over the past two months are the ones I've bought on Ebay. I got a Jordan Love Flawless BSG 8.5 and a Patrick Mahomes Gold Optic /10 from one of the breaks I did, but that's really it for those.


My best cards are the ones in bold.

I paid to do a "break", where you are assigned a team or multiple teams, and any player from said team(s), you get their cards that were pulled. So, I didn't go out and pay for his card, but I got it in a break.

I received a package today and completely forgot I had a Lamar Jackson rookie silver prizm PSA 10 arriving.

Haven't bought anything since last week, and hopefully I'll not buy anything this week.

What is the best way to store cards? I'm not talking just about placing them in the sleeves and whatnot, but where to store them?

I just keep everything in a fire/waterproof safe.

I know @Codeine Bryant has his high dollar cards at PWCC's Vault.

How does that work with their vault? You pay them to store them? Are they insured?

Codeine did it when they were offering free storage. I think you pay like .5-1% per month of the value of whatever they're storing; think they're insured.

Hmmm.

Looks like it's a one time fee, then a first year fee, then a fee every year you keep the cards stored there. l might consider doing that as I've bought quite a few cards recently. I just bought a waterproof case and might keep it in my basement, but I wouldn't be opposed to mailing them to a vault.

Hard to say behind a screen but I prefer the look of the /25 to that one.
