I think I already posted about this card in here. I kind of want to make an offer on it, but not for what he's asking.

I'm thinking of offering $2,500?

That Hurts flawless went for $1,100 in auction today, and this guy is asking for $3,000 on Facebook and BIN of $7,000 on Ebay..

I offered him $1,200.


Edit: Maybe I'm wrong. 130 point say$1,100 best offer accepted, but when I look on Ebay, I believe it was $2,995? Which is right?

This card with PSA cert number 43380056 went for $13,600 in October during auction if I'm looking at the PSA site correctly.

I might offer around $10,000, unless you guys think that's absurd.

@Codeine Bryant @Miggs What do you guys think are the most coveted inserts/parallels from the 90s? I'm really considering whittling more of my Kobes down to go after a few of these monsters in the Goldin auction.

I think my list would be '97 PMGs, Jambalayas, Ultra Stars Gold, '97 Credentials and the Metal Titanium Fusion /40s as the top-top ones.

Of my Kobes, I'd have the E-X2000, Finest Gold Refractor, '97 Topps Chrome Refractor, Ultra Stars Gold and a few others as holds no matter what.

I don't have enough for everything but I really have my eyes on the '03 Ultimate LeBron PSA 10, '03 SPA LeBron PSA 10 and the Kobe Red PMG.

PMG, Jambalaya, and Ultra Stars Gold are the first 3 that come to mind immediately

PMG is probably the holy grail set of basketball cards

I’m not terribly familiar with Credentials or Metal Titanium Fusion.

If you were able to get your hands on a Red PMG Kobe, that would probably be the pinnacle of your collection, no?

Also, I've tried looking it ups, but what is "PSS-CDL" for the "No." portion on my CeeDee Lamb card? Another one I saw said "JRS-CDL" and RSM-CDL.

I assume the CDL is for CeeDee Lamb, but wasn't sure what the first three letters stood for, and how to tell which is more valuable or where to look to find that out?

They’re different cards.

For example, 2020 Immaculate Football has a ton of different RPAs for the rookies. Your true RPA, premium patch auto, signature moments, and a couple others.

Those first batch of letters is the type of RPA the card is. There’s most likely numerous types of rookie auto patch booklets for Flawless that you’re looking at.

It probably was $1,100; eBay won't show the accepted offer price.

$6,500 still seems high to me. If he gets off to a slow start, the value will slip quickly.

Pretty much any pack pulled auto is gonna get that. When the auto grade is a 10 as well it carries more weight since most people still don't grade the auto with PSA.

It's a beautiful card but it feels a little high to me. He still had MVP momentum during that sale. It'd definitely be a great one to have.

I swung for the fences. Maybe I got skinned alive, maybe I didn't. Cost estimate for this one that you think would be reasonable? I think I likely over paid by a few thousand.

I bought a bunch of grading slabs and a travel/storage case today. I plan on buying a safe or something along those lines next if I'm going to keep making these decent sized purchases. I can't wait for that Lamar to arrive.. Just hope I didn't get skinned alive..

Yeah, it went for $13,600 at auction in October. If I was going after it, I'd probably top out at $10K but would try lower. It has an amazing patch on it though which gives it added value.

After paying taxes for years, I finally got a mailbox in Oregon. Gonna ship big purchases there from now on and drive down once in a while to pick them up.
