Brehs I might have a slight change in plans 
might buy a crib in Miami gardens instead of downtown hollywood. Somebody put me on to that area.... Is it nice? Schools? things to do near by? How far from the beach ect.....Its a gorgeous crib near sunlife stadium 
just some real nice playa shyt 4/2 with a garage and pool, big back yard.

Hmmm I have family over there. I can't remember the area exactly but they do have some nice houses with huge front and back yards. The neighborhood is pretty mixed slighty hoodish tho. My sister used to own a restaurant there and I helped her but that was a while back.Brehs I might have a slight change in plans

How is it compared to lauderdale or downtown hollywood
Lauderdale>>>> that's just my preference tho. I live in Lauderdale lakes and its also slightly hoodish but im used to it. I know my cousins told me back in the day it was really bad there. Its all good...I dont mind living in a hoodish area as long as its working class black, cuban, island ppl you feel me? I know dade has those traps where it looks good on one block and its a war zone on the next

Nice area.
My godmother lives by there behind the stadium.
Can't say much about it being hood. It's a pretty average area when it comes to that. Depending on your neighbors it might not be hood at all.
If you're getting it for a good price I'd take it. The only thing that might suck is traffic cause of the stadium and the school zone.
If you want to pm me more info about the spot I might be able to provide more insight
Oh... forgot to mention... property taxes in Miami Gardens / Carol City are high as hell(compared to unincorporated Dade) now but the city does have a lot of amenities and programs...gotta go to their site for that
