Anybody read Revolution Betrayed, or Trotsky in general, before?
Reading it for a Russian history class. I'm about 70 pages in and it's a much more intriguing and analytical work than I would have anticipated given the general image I had of Trotsky. Pretty insightful stuff.
His critique of soviet bureaucracy being a bull work against socialism has certainly been vindicated by history.
