Just got out of the theater. This movies dope AF. My favorite DCEU film
. It’s Big meets Superman which is exactly what it should be.
DC has been killing it lately. They got the new holy trinity of WW, Aquaman, and Shazam leading the way for this universe

Power Rangers was crackDid I watch the same movie as y’all? This was. This was like power rangers movie from the 90s. If you go in with that expectation then fine I can see how it’s enjoyable. But in no way shape or form does this film beat out man of steel or aqua man (which I had low expectations for and it turned out decent).

Power Rangers was crack
Power rangers was good and I saw so many people in this very forum trashing it and now turn around and praise this movie. But power rangers is not a DC property. Power Rangers was not nearly as campy as this. Yet I see some people awarding this movie the best movie of the DCEU while ignoring its blatant flaws. Flaws that they would never ignore for MOS, BVS, WW, JL or Aquaman. This movie is their champion???

I enjoyed it. This film felt the least burdened with expectations out of all the DC movies. No-one was staking the future of the whole enterprise on whether 'Shazam' sank or swam, and they got the job done.
That one 'Big' homage got a
out of me. It's pretty much exactly what I imagined a Shazam movie to be. It's got to be on track to do well at the box office too. Kids are gonna eat that shyt up.
