Billy, the kids are his foster brothers/sisters so they'll be around of course and they only turn into the adult version if Billy decides to share his powers.

His scenes are probably all on one studio set and likely just with the kid playing Billy and the guy playing Shazam so they can all be done at once.how they just now casting breh when filming been going on for a while now?

Yup, Randall Park was filming Ant-Man when AQ was filming and filmed his AQ scenes early this year.
Also I remembered Ron Cephas Jones was announced as the wizard before allegedly they couldn’t make it work schedule wise so it was recast which is why we are just now getting this new announcement
