Pretty much a lock that Roddy is headed to NXT then unless TNA came through & offered him enough to be exclusive. That next set of NXT recruits is shaping up to be nice as hell


Probably also means they'll drop the Mount Rushmore name & just go by Bullet Club since Super Dragon isn't around often (unless NJPW gets on them about it).

I wasn't into the indies when the Super 8 was a big deal (mostly because I got internet since 02' and a good enough connection since 04') but I do remember when the Ted Petty Invitational was one of the premier indy tournaments were you could check out new talent and see dope matches

ps: come on breh, Low-Ki winning wasn't an interesting winner, it just was the only choice given how he refuses to do jobs unless he's dropping a title

I meant interesting as in . Roddy should have probably won that year.

The TPI basically ushered in the current group we have now but i dont feel like it was hyped up as much as BOLA or Super 8.

“The Grandson of a Plumber” Cody Rhodes made his PWG debut Saturday night in Reseda, and he brought an old friend with him for protection.


Cody wrestled Sami Callihan during night 2 of Battle of Los Angeles and mid-way through the match the formerNXT wrestler pulled his “Space Cat” mask out of a bag.

Rhodes quickly sprung into action though, and grabbed the protective mask he made famous in WWE from under the ring — which got a major pop from the crowd.

The two came face-to-face shortly after and chaos continued to ensue.

Fun side note, Cody’s wife Brandi Rhodes introduced the wrestler before his match as “The Star That Left Them in the Dust.”

Actually I think you are spot on. Reseda makes every wrestler feel more over and a bigger star and have their own little universe of fukkery. Full Sail tried to go that route but jumped the shark when they made it about themselves.

PWG needs to leave that damn building. I went to that place a couple of times back in the day. EPIC, a short lived fed that was hyped to be like PWG (before PWG), was the first time back in 2002 or 2003.

I think they had 2006 BOLA there, too; the one with Necro/SD. Why the fukk do they love that building?!
