when :mjlol: you been suckin off vr since i noticed you
:usure:Cats that post here regularly know what it is.
I went to war with Sony stans plenty of times over my criticisms of PSVR , PSVITA, and PSTV.
I actively said (and continue to say) that PSVR is going to die from lack of support in the long run just like with every other Sony side project before it.
The only difference is, seeing PSVR die will affect me more now since I own it, and have come around to enjoy it a lot.
I didn't have to pay for PSVR though. It was a birthday gift from my brother.

Go outside and play breh.
That's the experience you're describing.
no, its the experience that VR actually wants to be

and i guarantee you will be on here hyping up whatever device can provide the most realistic experience.

VR shines when it takes you places, or puts you in situations you couldn't otherwise go.
I'm not hyping anything up. You're doing what a lot people tend to do when they have their minds made up about something.
You're hearing what you want to hear.
I've said the same thing over and over on here. I've mentioned the pros and cons of PSVR multiple times. I've even been up front and said I can't really say whether or not it's worth $400 or if I can consider it a "must have". It's still too early, and more importantly, it's a Sony peripheral, and I don't have faith in them at all with it comes to their peripherals.
Even Microsoft knew that to sell Kinect you had to push it as something necessary and not a hobby option. That's why we saw so much advertising and the birth of the slogan "Better with kinect". Games weren't "Compatible with Kinect", the plan was to market it as "BETTER".
I don't get the sense that Sony is committed to PSVR. Making Ratchet and Clank VR compatible would be a very strong move for PSVR. Sony needs something to prove VR is here to stay and not just a cute experience once and they trash the next day. But everything in my experience tells me PSVR will be collecting dust early 2017. (Even though I hope I'm completely wrong)

you just told me i need to go outside cus i want an untethered vr experience, which makes no sense if we both want it to succeed. there needs to be something to allow us to move freely in order for that to happen.

something like this will be the future of VR.

bruh you tripping, vr games need a technological overhaul. it needs to be wireless, no sensors or cameras, better controllers, games that compliment vr outside of point and clickers

also most important, vr needs some sort of moving station. some type of treadmill dealie, where you can walk, run, turn around, etc, without crashing into your furniture.
You're contradicting yourself and stretching for an argument.
The games need to be better all around, which won't happen if Sony doesn't give it a stronger a push.
The games we already have offer loads of potential and a few of them already are solid, full experiences with a few big titles coming up, one of which is RE7.
You want more, I get it. So do I.

games offering potential means nothing while we're paying retail for it

and i'm not contradicting myself, im addressing two different points. the quoted being free roaming during VR. do you agree or disagree with the ability to freeroam in VR?

Played trackmania VR last night for a minute.
Noticed there is a global leader board. Right now I'm #10 in my state, in the top 100 in the US and the top 1,000 in the world.
The game is fun enough for me to put the effort into trying to get that #1 spot. (I doubt I will though honestly, I have too many games and I still haven't picked up Final Fantasy, Battlefield, Titanfall, The Last Guardian, or Overwatch).
