Why couldn't they just call it Killzone 4
It's the same system it's just looking like the people who got the launch edition have a better chance of getting it on launch day.
The standard jawn prolly wont ship till after they re-up.

Just wanted to drop in and clear up some confusion we've seen in this thread.
There is no difference between the consoles included in the launch edition and the standard edition. Due to high demand, we can't guarantee Release-Date Delivery on the standard edition. Otherwise, the two editions are identical.
To verify which console you have, go to the product pages while signed into your account. There will be a pale yellow bar at the top of one of the pages that says "Instant Order Update for [Your name here]. You purchased this item on June X, 2013. View this order." If this is on the launch edition page, your order is eligible for Release-Date Delivery.

This is why you go to the store for the pre-order.
I walked into gamestop Tuesday morning once it opened, put my pre-order down, and i`m officially the 2nd pre-order.
So unless they only get 1 Ps4 then i`m set.
There's some Q&A on the name change and some gameplay videos on the net. Basically said the name change goes in line with the different artstyle of the game and how the abilities used refer back to a character from the original Killzone (some chick with "Shadow" in the name)
The game being 30fps is a let down though.

It's the same for me as well. I know the sales tax rate for where I'm at and it's an extra $27.94 if I were to get the PS4 local
I'd rather dump that bit on a game.
