All the client sharing gallery sites have a portfolio option. Adobe CC also includes that option.
Are those not sufficient, if so I could point you to some paid options.
flickr is professional if you have the pro option. You can upload photos of any size no downgrade to quality.
When I do weddings I upload it to flickr biggest size private album and just send the link
I use Squarespace, it was like $140 for the year.
I wish I could share some of my portrait work and recent shoots, unfortunately due to my antics in TLR I can’t really post anything private

Sony A7III does that. I'm not sure about the other models
pretty standard in most cameras for more than ten years now. Even on my old azz canon 6d has built in gps and smartphone integration.
