@TradePascalSiakam do you feel like that silicone skin offered an extra layer of protection?

Also do you guys use the reflector disc?
I've only used the reflector disc if I'm using it like a beauty dish without the Diffusion.

w/ that c-stand make sure you got at least two 15-20 pound sandbags and place them on the tallest leg (highest off the ground). Also, make sure that the tallest leg faces the direction of the light so the weight is properly aligned.

Did you get a turtle base or a sliding leg stand?

yeah the silicone will protect if it falls on the ground
I also have the extension for extra protection if im shooting outside as you only mount whatever head you are using

The turtles are more practical because you basically get two stands in one (you can detach the base from the riser). It's useful if you ever need to light from a lower angle or if you need to mount the stand on a raised surface with limited height like a kitchen counter, the footprint is sometimes too wide but there's definitely situations where its useful.

If you're only using your setup for desk vlogging then disregard my post lol.

Tamron's dropping a 35-150mm F2-2.8 lens for Sony E-Mount
:noah:

In terms of working events, or just run and gun shyt in general... this covers damn near everything a shooter could want.

Might pre-order this bytch cause I already know it's going to be a hot seller. Def plan on getting a wide-zoom too (the 16-35mm been calling me for a while now)... with a 2 camera setup, I'd have no gaps in focal length and full coverage no matter what situation I'm in

:ahh:
