thanks for the cut, is it worth shelling out money for better glass before mastering your way around the camera?

weddings suck, I remember doing a wedding and I did not even have time to eat. After ten hours I felt like I was going to collapse, then you spend hours and hours editing photos in the end I think I was making like 5 dollars an hour.
let me know when you're selling it
i'm thinking of selling my canon equipment and hopping over to sony
Yea man a lot of people don't realize the work that goes into shooting, organizing, and post processing photos for them. Peeps be tryna short change you and lowball you. 1st one I did for a friend a long time ago I way undercharged it. My homie helped me shoot it but he gave me the talk about how wedding pricing should be.
What Canon gear are you selling btw?
I just have a 5dmark iii, a 6d and a t5i
And a few lenses left over ef
85mm 1.8
35mm f2
24-105
Sigma 17-50 ef/s
I like what Sony is doing and the prices for the new canon cameras are crazy
was thinking of getting the canon rp as price wise it’s not to bad but reviews are tepid
Learn your gear/camera first. Focus on framing and composing your images, and the fundamentals for photography (shutter, aperture, ISO settings). That's where you start, and then overtime, you dig in deeper and start developing your voice and style behind the lens/editing.thanks for the cut, is it worth shelling out money for better glass before mastering your way around the camera?
Alright. Only lens I have is 50mm 1.8 ef which I find is great for people and things that aren’t too big. If it’s car or something bigger I have to get far as fukk from it. What lens can I get that’s good for product photography and allows me to zoom out? Yes not zoom in.Learn your gear/camera first. I have a canon sl3
these facebook photographer/model "collab" groups have completely slowed down where i live mainly because whenever any photographers post looking for models it's all "body positive" models. And they be the like the first 15 responses to every post. so now nobody wants to post in these groups to get the in-shape models. And of course, we can't really say this shyt to these women, but yeah.

I remember saying a while back how I felt that photography has been devalued in today's times. Mobile phones have opened the door for everyone to take a high resolution image, the craft and appreciation of the actual process has diminished as a result IMO.
This service compounds what I was alluding to to another level looking at the premise of how it works. Depending on how popular this gets, along with the packages they provide, some people's pricing might be impacted.
