Yeah honestly that’s not a problem. I can do 350-400. I just need to be pointed in the right direction. I live in Raleigh NCChances are you can find a used camera body for 150-200 if you’re located in a big city with camera stores. Lenses ain’t cheap either though so your budget needs to increase by another 300 tbr

Any tips on backdrops? Like do cheap kits do the trick or do you really have to spend?

I have something similar to this, I can put the 107 wide paper or whatever on it. Never had any issues and it's easy put up and tear down.
If you are using paper, Superior Seamless comes in a large amount of colors.
