I've been toying with the idea of being a hybrid shooter doing photo and video. When I'm doing one I feel like I'm neglecting the other.

Most of those are with the fuji x-t1, i use a nikon d760 and a x100. d750 is used for 75 of work shyt. fuji's used for 75% of street shyt.
how do i know what kinda camera I want?
I thought Canon was the best to buy, but how do i know if I want a Fuji, or Sony etc.
Hard choice for a beginner.

go to a camera store, or best buy. mess around wit the cameras. which ever feels the best to you in hand.... you can youtube videos and see camera comparisons and shyt. most cameras that have come out in the last 5 years are good for photography, the video shyt you gotta cross reference specs and shyt.

YouTube pretty much lead me to the Sony a5000 because it has that flip up screen which is nice if you wanna shoot alone

semi related: i went to chicago and was shooting street photography shyt. posted the image on my street photogrpahy IG. the friend of the person in the photo saw the shyt and tagged the person in the photo.
Sounds like you might want to try a sony a6000.
