Those of you who do model shoots, what is the general range of the amount of total photos you take a shoot? Especially if you are shooting for a couple different looks, like what from your experience is the range of the amount of pics you take for each look?

And if its one look what do you yourself normally do for one?

Like when you are there at home checking the files on your memory card to edit, how many are you usually looking for?
My shoots generally last a little over an hour. That's usually about the time me and the models start getting tired/annoyed with each other. :mjlol: I don't really count but usually i'll end up with a couple hundred pics, some are just doubled up so i can nail focus. more if i'm shooting naturally light because i can just shoot faster.

Look into color grading...

Those shots also are in a 16:9 aspect ratio which is standard for film. 35mm is the focal length used for most scenes in movies.

All of that doesn't matter without the content to go with it (images)

sometimes you take a shot and it looks in focus on the lcd, but then you get it on your monitor and you missed focus. So nailing focus is me trying to get multiple shots to make sure i get at least one that's really in focus.

What's up Coli?

I've been thinking about getting into photography as a hobby and a possible avenue to make money on the side. What is a good first camera that you would suggest getting say under $400-500?

Any good material I can read to develop my knowledge on the topic?
