Used too not any more went from auto to av, now I shoot manual with auto iso on.
I like controlling my depth of field/shutter speed.
When I shoot with a ttl flash I always shoot manual shutter 1/200 iso 400 and f5.6 always works for me
I only shoot raw, used to do raw and jpeg but was never using jpeg so

I need to stock up on those and large capacity memory cards.
I'm using this brand called power extra never had a issue and you can get like 2 for 20

look for higher capacity batteries. like
eneloops or powerex
get some that are over like 2300 mAh. Those basic energizer rechargeables are only like 1300 maH
