I got a question for the advanced photographers out here, how do I keep both the foreground and background in focus at the same time? I know it has something to do with depth of field, I just haven't studied this aspect enough to get it down. Take this pic for example:

The arm is in focus but her face isn't, shyt has been driving me crazy all day :snoop: Also, I was shooting in program mode cause I didn't wanna mess with the knobs all day :snoop:
BUT.... If you're inside, your image quality may suffer because you'll have to bump up your ISO to keep a decent shutter speed so that you dont get motion blur if you close down on the aperture.

How does that process work?
What dude said above. But also choosing the right type of paper for your photo is important also. For example, choosing glossy paper for a black and white photo may might be the best type to choose. Choosing the size of print you want also, not too big based on the senor size of your camera. Don’t want the resolution to be shytty. Also editing the colors in the photo and how they will translate to a print.

I figure I’ll eventually get my own printer when I start selling prints. Printing your own is slightly more involved.

thanks breh

sorry for other questions but for like the photos you took, what size? 107x36?

Yea, that exact size is what I use. I raise my stands up to just under 8ft and roll out 3-4ft of paper at that bottom. I have carpet in my place so a long time ago I bought a 4 x 8ft piece of 3/4 MDF, I put that down as a floor for people to stand, walk, and sit on. 36ft of paper can last awhile too, I have 9 different colors. I'll up some pics of the setup.
