I only got to shoot with her for a moment while our look meetup crew was wrapping up.
First two shots were with my off camera flash set up before my batteries decided to die then i just went with natural light since it was around the golden hour.
did you use a tripod?
nah. hand held. I friend was holding my lightstand/beautydish camera right though.

i don't know her for real, it was just like a mini meetup with myself and a few other photogs and they had Zhanay with them and i had a model with me and i only shot with her for a little bit right in that spot. But i know she's like shot with several photographers around here.
I shoot manual pretty much all the time. Depends on what you're shooting though. Like if you're a sports photographer you might want to shoot in aperture priority for example. But yeah, i don't even think about other modes.
