Oil for the shine, if they don't already have smooth skin you can do that and add texture with Photoshop.

Their skin looks almost like milk chocolate....I can recreate that in photoshop? I am just getting my feet wet in lightroom....i'm kinda lost when I go to photoshop but what would I use inside of it to recreate that type of effect

Lighting has a bit to do with it as well, hard light vs soft light and light modifiers which will control shadows and where light is put. There is a book I'm going to recommend, I bought it and it is invaluable for photographing, lighting, and retouching people.

Do a search on skin smoothing with texture, you should be able to find some tutorials to help you out.

yeah, you can do that in hphotoshop... i paint in photoshop for illustration. that shyt looks weird as hell to me in these photos, especially when its over done.
