did you use an nd filter for your daytime long exposure?
The ones that look like long exposure in the daytime are just taken at dusk. I just stop down enough to get like a 4 or 5 second exposure. Just after sunset but still kind of bright outside.

I'm headed back to Fuji...I bought the sony a6300 and 18-105 mm f/4 lens and I gotta say....Fuji jpegs are just extremely good and hard to give up.

I'm returning all this sony stuff tomorrow and will probably get the fuji x-t1. My Fuji x100s has been my favorite camera. I always wanted that camera with a zoom lens. I think the x-t1 fits that. I'm gonna buy an adapter and probably just throw my canon old lens on it.

did a second edit to this one. which one do you like better? I like this one as the background isn't as harsh, but I think I need to go back and brighten the face up. What do you guys think?

Peace brehs and brehettes, I'm looking to get into street photography and was looking into DSLR cameras under or right around $400. I was thinking about the Nikon D5200 but read it doesn't have sensor-based image stabilization. That sounds bad to me :dwillhuh: not sure if I should cop it. I was also peeping the Canon EOS Rebel T5 SLR but read that its photo quality sucks in low lighting.

Any other recommendations?

I'm surprised. Everything I've read people prefer the a6300 over the Fuji. I guess it all comes down to personal preference in the end though.
