EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM

Or

EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM

70-200, I'd use for both, the picture quality from that 2.8L is hard to beat. I'd give up the extra 100mm for it.

70-200 is a faster lens with constant aperture and way better IQ. If you must have the extra reach get the tamron 70-300 VC it has image stabilization and better IQ it's between $350-$450

where did you get it printed at? I need to hop on canvas.

Walmart, I ordered the premium canvas print, they send it out to a company that does it, took about 2 weeks to come back.
