I looked for a PDF/epub of it and couldnt find it.
Its $50 on Amazon, but in not in a place to drop $50 on a book right now
it looks dope tho.
I do have a few digital photography book I think still, I read one and dont feel like i learned much, and never touched the rest. I'll look over what I have until I can affod the hardcopy.

Don't think text book looks.
Bring in more of a background to add atmosphere (candid) have life around your subject.
Try new lighting techniques.
Try Natural Light.
Experiment with your editing styles.
Try various focal lengths (Wide Angle up close).
Look at the work of others and get a feel as to how they see things.

I didnt have a lighting technique, I had a flash and a friend holding it behind a a small diffuser trying to instruct him on where to put the light and why, and at the same time trying to instuct the girl on what to do, she has never modeled before, but hey you work with what you have
I have a light stand and umbrella on the way tho, so i should be in more control of the lighting.
I couldnt do natural light because we got there about 30 min before sunset, so it was rushed, and then once the sun set artificial was my only option. I do need to get some gels because shooting with two separate temperature light is a pain to edit
I think thats my thing, I need to study other photographers. Right now, I really only see shyt from this thread.
I used a prime for the shoot a 50mm, but on a full frame its not really my cup of tea
