Dude is done mentally, has no fire, spits the same narrative week after week. There's nothing better right now for us at QB so we just have to deal with it for the rest of the season and possibly the next.

No, Mark Davis broke the team. Mark Davis is not taking responsibility for this failure of a organization, he’s just parroting talking points Cac Raider fans spew on the internet. Carr is what his scouting report always said he was, Reggie was forced to draft risky players because Mark had no honest intentions of signing drafted players unless he has some leverage he could use to low ball them because what cash he had was for relocating.So like a lot of us have said the whole anthem shyt really broke the team

Ken Norton only issues as a DC was the team gave up too many explosive plays and having to many people looking over his shoulder underming his development of the players, but yet still managed to call a defense that created a shyt load of turnovers which lead to more possessions and more wins, but everybody give Carr all the credit for that 12 win season.
Gruden didn’t want to trade Mack, and now Mark is going to ruin his legacy by sucking him back in with lies and bullshyt promises.

In 2016 the Raiders lead the league in turnovers and that’s a MAJOR reason why they won 12 games. Everyone wants to assume Derek Carr carries them but that wasn’t true. The Saints, Ravens, and Titan games are 3 examples of game saving penalties on 4th down that bailed him out and extended drives. My point is Mark isnt As far away from the football side of the team as he pretends. He undermines the whole shyt. 5 different head coach’s in 7 years ain’t Reggie’s fault breh, that’s too much instability.
