He has to hit with every pick. His strategy is to build through the draft. Cant afford to gamble and pick project players like Reggie was doing. Reggie failed miserably. That is what set us back.

Not sure I buy the whole anthem thing as an excuse. It didn’t seem to ruin any other team in the league, I mean guys on the Eagles were involved in that stuff and they won the Super Bowl. The whole thing originated across the bay, and they landed Jimmy G and went on a winning streak. So why would this only fukk over the Raiders?

Honestly I think it became apparent that Carrr plays scared. I thought he looked like he was about to cry several times last year, before he was even publicly called out on it.

Unless it comes from a player we'll never really know, but Carr's shyt was blatant. He was out by the coaches and not the team
