Aldon seems to be done Aldon Smith

Jason Cole of B/R, citing sources close to suspended Raiders OLB Aldon Smith, reports that he’s “nowhere close to reinstatement” to the NFL, despite some claims from him that he could be back soon.
According to Cole’s sources, Smith has made no consistent efforts to follow the program the NFL has laid out for him.
Cole’s source added that Smith will put together one great week and then begin having problems the very next week.
