Imo, he's already putting up franchise RB numbers when given the opportunities. He averaged almost 6 yards/carry in games that he had over 5 rushing attempts. I know 5 attempts isn't a lot and those averages would drop as his carries increase, but It's like he gets better as he gets more carries and this coaching staff has never given him more than 9 carries in a game... even when Murray was out.
I just want to see what Richard can do with 15+ carries/game
Me too, I think the players like him but he just not a good coordinator. He'd be great as a position coach for us but doubt that happens if we make a change.
Reggie would be a fukkin idiot to let Tice go. We need to keep the good things we already have, one side of the LOS is accounted for with him coaching our guys. We just need the same talent/coaching on the defensive line.
Yall seeing how the Steelers playing? Straight up gettin physical with nikkaz, scrappin, beatin up the fins just ridin on them nikkaz, our team soft as fukk in comparison. Our defense just gets cooked willingly, no pride or nothing. Them nikkaz never got any attitude, they just seem like nice guys. We mighta been mad at Talib in the moment but can't tell me none of yall wouldn't fukk with an antagonist like that on our side.

I suppose. I don't see it tbh but you never know. Me personally, I'd rather we get a sure thing and feel lucky later on if Richard does end up being a talent on that level. One thing we can all agree on tho is that Murray is a great locker room guy but not the answer as the lead back. Until this defense is elite, we need an offense that can play ball control football as well as score.

With a 37-7 lead and six minutes left in the game, coach Tom Flores decided to sit his spectacular rookie.
Had Jackson stayed in, he might have threatened Walter Payton's then single-game rushing record of 275 yards.

That's all I been thinking ever since I realized we need a franchise RB. Marcus and Bo was the last ones and this was decades ago. Carr will flourish with a real backfield threat. None of this Charlie Garner(no disrespect)/Lamont Jordanesque bullshyt with the alias nikkaz. Get the White Mamba a RB damnit!
