A dominate defense would put this offense over the top.

The defense causing a three and out》》》》》》》》

I liked that strong safety they had going in the 3rd or 4th round. Tall, fast and good field awareness

Both would do wonders for this team. But we've seen our defense have flashes and give the offense chances only for the offense to squander it. A reliable offense helps a reliable defense and vice versa.
At least Carr can make our offense look respectable in spite of Musgrave garbage play calling but y'all actually wanna keep Norton? I mean I want black coaches to shine too:myman: but this defense is some shyt.. Norton is just another Bresnahan. nikkaz are blocking they own teammates and lining up in formations that dont even exist. I'm sorry but I need the defensive side to be completely revamped. New coordinator and new linebackers and defensive tackles that can actually get some push. Cut Amerson and I dont wanna see Nelson starting next year.

And get Carr a receiver he can count on like DeSean Jackson. Also need a new RT.. tired of Watson and Howard. Get me the best tackle in free agency.

Nah I don't want Norton back if we can get Wade. We'd be fukkin idiots to do that and del Rio would cost himself a job if he did that. But if I had to choose, Musgrave would get the axe first cuz the play calling is just awful. Carr shouldn't have to be relied upon to audible out and make a better playcall every game.

But whether it's the draft or Djax we need to get Carr a reliable playmaker. Coop is a great talent but he has a #2 personality imo. We need an OBJ type that's a threat every game and his exploding when the team plays like shyt. Carr is already modeling himself after Kobe so he should be able to handle strong personalities. That's gon be the mantra this offseason for Reggie, no excuses, we've got everything going for us to make this team a legit elite team. If he drops the ball in the draft or free agency we might need to think about him not being that good of a GM.

I'd keep everybody on your list but also add Menelik for depth. I still think Rivera and Walford will make a great tandem for us. Perhaps better WR play will open things up for them.

I just hope Reggie keeps it real with himself and does something about that. I like our receivers, but we need a #1 to complete that position. We get a franchise RB on some Le'Veon shyt and we will be set on offense. If Aldon stays out of trouble that's a big talent we'd get back on defense, so we'd have less holes to fill and more flexibility to focus on DBs. Seriously, this team could have nearly no weaknesses by the time next season rolls around. Carr/Mack/Coop want to be great so we should bring in as much resources as possible.

Wade Phillips coaching this defense with a great offseason will have us running the division, and fixing the weaknesses in the offense will have us running the league. This is why I was so ready for this season to end after Carr went down, we could potentially be much more improved from this season which is saying a lot after what we just did. :whew:

Whoever ends up being our OC needs to go revisit Peyton wth a 2 TE set game footage.

Hell yeah, the right guy can turn Walford/Rivera into threats imo but we don't use our TEs enough and we're hardly creative with them.

We haven't had a truly dynamic offense since Hue, I want to see something like that with wild formations, brilliant use of our players, more of an attacking style like the Saints or Pats instead of that conservative bullshyt that Musgrave be pulling.

Do wade and del Rio get along?

Time to being in T.O. to mentor Coop on what a #1 brings to the table

Who knows? I hope so, cuz together they'd make our defense truly dynamic.

I wanted Steve Smith to mentor Coop after the way Pacman bullied him his rookie year but he retired now. I'd rather not force that on Coop though, we should bring in a guy to create more competition and get Coop more involved. I think part of the problem with us is we don't have enough talent still, our best players are clearly our best players and there's no threat for them to perform at a higher level. Whether we sign Djax or draft a big time playmaker that falls due to "questionable character" it makes no difference as long as we light a fire in this receiving corp.

#2 personality and is always double teamed. He mentioned he would be calling for the ball but we need to adopt a forcefeed back shoulder/outside slant program for him.

The best are always double covered. He has to learn how to beat this. I can name some WRs who are always double covered and still dominate. Musgrave isn't helping Coop any by putting him in favorable positions to get the ball in space and let him do what he is great at YAC.
