The team doesn't know how to maintain a lead, which points to an obvious coaching issue imo. shyt has happened all season and was likely gonna happen last week until New England went full blown fukery mode to end the game. When they have a lead they just relax and think they can just coast to a win.

Last years raiders team was more like a 6-7 ish win team that got lucky down the stretch with close games if we are keeping it a bean. They were 6-7 then won 4 straight by a combined 12 points to sneak into the playoffs.
