What's up with blowing leads the second half?

It's easy to say the defense isn't doing enough.
But Carr is getting iced out in the second halves as well. Are they just running the same sets and not accounting for the defense to adjust?

I mean at least those 2019 picks made it to a 4th year. What's the chances that ALL three first rounders make it to a 4th year. That's impressive.

At least this means the Raiders won't just sell off talent for draft picks since they are so bad at drafting. They could go the free agency route since we see how well that worked with Chandlar Jones.

Nah breh, it’s not impressive at all. Those picks (beside Jacobs) lasted that long due to incompetence and the inability to trade them away.

Abram was a knucklehead who worried more about how hard he hits someone than actually wrapping them up (miss tackle % for a DB like 10%, he’s above that every year but this one) and QBs had a 100+ rating on balls thrown his way for his career

Ferrell flat out sucked and had his best season (which was subpar) in his rookie year.

Josh Jacobs the only one who can’t be considered a bust, and we didn’t even pick up his 5th year option smh

Al Davis was a damn rebel. They didn't want him to draft a black man as a quarterback he did it. He got the first modern age black coach. The man was well ahead of 2022. There was an agreement to not draft Bo. Al knows better. And you're here asking for a false god to deliver you hollow championships?
We aren't the Patriots, we aren't Tampa Bay, we are the clay and the dirt. That which the Earth is made of. And despite what they say, we won. And we will win again.
