I'm more than halfway though ep12 and all I have to say is just....

I mean....Godamn.
Im itching to witness the Kilgrave fukkery when I get back to the hotel. I finshed Daredevil and I'm up to episode 4 on this, but everyone is talking about him
I know it's got to be crazy because of the eay he dismissed those kids to the closet and let them piss on themselves
The main thing that pissed me off about this show...
Ending was extremely anti-climatic. I mean not just that, but Jessica literally caught the dude at least 3 times in the span of the season. Like.....wtf. How many more people have to die just because you want to legally help that dumb blond bytch. Just for her to end up killing herself? Kilgrave should have been deaded the first time they captured him.
But her not being able to best that crew of dudes he had protecting him. Like....wtf is even the point of her powers. Like I said, bytch in the show is about as strong as a really strong dude. Like maybe a linebacker. But she continuously struggled with normal people. Like when Her neighbor bytch hit her in the head with that plank. Like.....Lmao. You are not a superhero if that female version of Theon Greyjoy can bop you on the head and render you useless. IJS

If this bytch saysalmost done with episode 7Ruben, he was a weirdo,but i liked him. I knew he fukked once he said he loved Jessica to Killgrave. Also it was nice that we got some comedy with his sister afterwards with Malcolm to make it a bit lighter.
One thing that sorta irked me was when Jessica got let go by the cop how she didn't immediately suspect Killgrave, She suspects He's behind everything, but doesn't in that situation.

I was shocked when they showed her in the shower in ep 5...
When a character changes clothes the viewer can assume they showered and etc... but the way JJ was operating I think they needed to show her in the shower even if for 5 seconds..
She walkign around same clothes, same drawers .. nut all up in her. no wipes nothing...

I would say its more consistent and connected and so far better written than DD.. But the action in DD is way better ...
Why must 1 be better than the other ... hell i love BOTH ..

I watched the first two episodes and I don't think i'll finish the series. I was falling asleep. Why they got some meth head looking chick starring as Jessica Jones. The guy playing Luke Cage doesn't really feel like the Cage from the comics. So far DC continues to dominate tv while Marvel dominates film at least until Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad release next year.
How so? You really think Flash Arrow and Supergirl are miles ahead of this & Daredevil?
@Theon Greyjoy. That's perfectThe issue wasn't about outright beating the bad guy, as you stated... Jessica had more than one opportunity, to which was something that was acknowledged several times. The issue is the case of FREE WILL or the illusion of it. Jessica did not want to kill anymore because she still was dealing over the fact she murdered someone against her own will. She look towards "Hope" as a way to say if we do everything by the book of the law, justice will be served and "Hope" will still be alive and free. When "Hope" was no longer a factor, then was the point to her saying "fukkit", no point to redemption and prompted to kill Kilgrave. If you observe the whole analogy and understood the entire series is a philosophical analysis over the illusion of free will vs. moral responsibility, then it all makes a lot of sense.
And with that point, you DO understand that she forces herself to not use her full extend of her powers. It was shown that she COULD kill an average person with just ONE PUNCH. So, she's doing everything within her power not to use her full strength and at times take the hits in order not to kill anyone else. Again, like in everything in this show, it causes a conflict of cause & effect. It was only when she finally or pretended to SUBMIT to Kilgrave was she able to finish him, and even with that sparked something she had not intended which was a flood of people seeing her as heroic and demand saving.
