A fighters union would not operate like other sports unions do just by the nature of the sport but what could arise is a players association similar to what tennis players have. Basically an organization that provides services for fighters (lawyers, insurance facilitation, financial management etc) and advocates for fighters rights and leverages some power in favor of fighters when dealing with promoters. Right now the way the sport operates everything is dictated by promoters and the commissions, fighters need a way to get a seat at the table when decisions are made
I'm tired of hearing everyone bytch about the decision with Thomson/Bendo. Make a re-match since neither guy will be getting a title shot soon anyway,

Im as big of a chael supporter you will find, but if he looses to Silva hes pretty much done for good.....hes great behind the desk tho so it wouldnt be a total loss.....Word on the street is that Chael Sonnen and Wand got into a legit fight today and one of the dude's on Wanderlei's team suckerpunched Chael.
