People throw around the word 'bum' around way too often. It seems like any fighter outside the top 10 is now considered a bum and sometimes people call fighters who are in the top 10 bums as well. Will Rumble come into the UFC and take the LHW title? No. Will he put on exciting fights? Definite yes. And he's been on a really good tear. People need to realize that if you fight outside the UFC, you're not going to always fight great competition. Rumble is a top 10-15 LHW, puts on exciting fights, has pilled up a good winning streak and looks to have controlled his weight issues, I (and most fans) believe that's more than good enough for a roster spot in the UFC.

Rumble would lose to Gus, Glover, Rashad, Davis, Sonnen, Mousasi, and Shogun.

Anderson just suffered a career changing injury (at the age of 38). There really isn't a reason for him to continue, he's more than proven himself and has already cemented his legacy as the GOAT (slightly favor him over Fedor).
