I saw the PPV last night I wanted Max Holloway to win but it was obvious other dude was stronger, but I'm glad he hung on the rest of the fight. I hope TJ Dillashaw wasn't using during either fight with Garbrant, it would be a shame to have gotten his chin cracked for good by a cheat.

He’s probably been doing it for years considering how good his cardio has been throughout his career. That was always one of his key attributes.

Main eventers are all underpaid given the size of the ESPN deal but damn @ Izzy already making the same as Max.

UFC 236 salaries: Israel Adesanya, Max Holloway lead payroll with $350,000

figures do not represent a fighter’s total earnings, as certain sponsorship incomes, discretionary bonuses, and pay-per-view income are not publicly disclosed.

Main Card (ESPN+)
Dustin Poirier ($250,000 + no win bonus = $250,000) def. Max Holloway($350,000)
Israel Adesanya ($350,000 + no win bonus = $350,000) def. Kelvin Gastelum($150,000)
Khalil Rountree ($35,000 + $35,000 = $70,000) def. Eryk Anders ($50,000)
Dwight Grant ($12,000 + $12,000 = $24,000) def. Alan Jouban ($43,000)
Nikita Krylov ($80,000 + $80,000 = $160,000) def. Ovince Saint Preux($86,000)

Preliminary Card (ESPN+)
Matt Frevola ($10,000 + $10,000 = $20,000) def. Jalin Turner ($12,000)
Alexandre Pantoja ($18,000 + $18,000 = $36,000) def. Wilson Reis ($34,000)
Max Griffin ($20,000 + $20,000 = $40,000) def. Zelim Imadaev ($10,000)
Khalid Taha ($10,000 + $10,000 = $20,000) def. Boston Salmon ($10,000)

Yeah, Adesanya is smart and about his business too, so I feel like he's about to break the mold in terms of MMA earnings without the boxing crossover type stuff.

Hopefully they stop playing around and pay these guys what they're worth soon. They'd be getting paid $2.5 million on fights of this magnitude if they were boxers.

Loma was guaranteed about $3.2M for fighting a UK domestic level bum on ESPN+, these UFC fighters are taking an L.

Why is Dustin ranked the #3 lightweight?

Why is Mcgregor ranked number 1?

Dustin has more wins at 155 and is actually a current active champion.

It's been fixed as of right now. Dustin is posted as the interim champion but Conor is somehow still ranked in the top 5 even though he's going on 3 years of not having won a single fight. UFC rankings are complete joke. He's also still ranked ahead of Robert Whittaker in the pound-for-pound rankings. Trash rankings.
