The Ngannou hype train was the end of 2017/start of this year, Dana and the UFC already tried hyping him up.

I feel for Blaydes though, he actually had crazy potential.
Good thing for blaydes is hes young and the HW division has been meh. Rattle off acouole of wins and hes back in the picture. Im not totally sold on francis yet, after what stipe did to him

Not really, it’s a miracle he lasted all 5 rounds against stipe. He’s not equipped to beat Stipe or Cormier
Lol it’s a miracle Stipe lasted all 5 rounds. Stipe gets rocked or dropped every damn fight he has but his chin was granite that night.

Luck finally ran out against DC

Listening to the Boxing Voice this morning. Paulie is saying Eddie Hearn told him that he tried to book Paulie vs Conor, but Conor told Eddie that he's fighting Donald Cerrone instead. @aceboon @jackswstd @THEREALBRAND

It’s the best fight for everybody involved. Cowboy gets a big payday, which is all he cares about.

And Conor and the UFC get a “safe” comeback fight that can draw decent numbers. Putting him in the ring with a more dangerous opponent doesn’t make business sense.

Yeah, I was a little surprised they bypassed the 3rd fight with Nate for Cerrone. But I think that's going to end up being a boxing match, so it doesn't effect Conor's record.

I think they want a fight that Conor can dominate. Cowboy is tailor made for Conor’s style. Nate’s a much riskier fight.

This coming from the same guy who keeps putting BJ Penn in the octagon when he hasn’t won a fight since 2011.

Dana has absolutely zero self-awareness

This is the same guy that sent an undertrained amateur into not one, but two UFC fights. The entire world saw CM Punk had the fighting ability of your average dude that trains three or four times a week after leaving a 9 to 5, and Dana still put him in the Octagon again to get slaughtered. We laugh about Punks’s performance, but that was much more dangerous than putting Chuck in another fight.

UFC didn’t re-sign Sage, it’s weird considering he was 6-2 in the UFC and on a three fight winning streak. Somebody in his camp must have pissed Dana off.

People are saying it’s a money thing, either Sage asked for too much and UFC doesn’t want to pay him or he got a better offer overseas
