last time there was a fight with such implications (for the culture) on the line was silva/sonnen. Is wonderboy racist? Who knows but his fans surely are and he's played along with it at the same time acting like a typical rightwinger pretending racism is something out of a fairytale. Woodley needs to destroy him like rampage did Liddell, Evans did Liddell/Forrest and Anderson did sonnen the 2nd time

He signed a 8 fight contract before the Rory fight at 174, so he's got 3 left on his old deal(though they might have renegotiated when he won the title, I think they do that with all their champs)

Woodley and Wonderboy are smart guys, and Wonderboy playing aloof and not acknowledging racism is going to lead to a lot more PPV buys than Wonderboy openly agreeing with Woodley about racism.

Yeah that's my thing they are smart and they seem to mesh well off of each other. Idk if they could ever be friends but I think they have great chemistry

I agree that wonderboy would rather play dumb than risk denting his fan base, how merely admitting racism exists hurts ppv buys tho I don't know...

I disagree about Woodley and kind of chuckle at the theory that what he is doing is calculated, to go as far as to even say he's colluding with wonderboy to fetch buys is a slap in the face of the hardships blacks legitimately face trying to prosper amidst the depths of white supremacy.
