Yea but why risk it? Test his wrestling and see what happensI think it would be silly not to test Conor's wrestling early, but you might be underselling Mendes' standup. He's got skills

Considering the insane economy of scale Reebok has, even if they actually sold them for 20 bucks there's still around 10 dollars minimum pure profit.Cung Le's uncle will have them for $19.99 by the end of the month.

And smh at ufc doing all that promo
global tours
Tv radio online interviews
embedded videos
posters and billboards everywhere
promo vids
all this back and forth
and because one fakkit decides to kick aldo in the guts so close to the fight/whichever way he got injured
it's all for nothing now. Unless the ufc quickly build up another stacked card within two months and book another Aldo/McGregor fight for that one.
All those promo dollars
Dana probably had a stroke when aldo pulled out
I hope Mendes actually beats McGregor just because it will fukk up their plans even more
We ain't seen McGregor go up against legit wrestlers before.
Given enough time.. MMA will likely surpass it. It's a refreshing departure from the stale format of pure boxing while retaining the classics of boxing itself.thats why mma will never surpass boxing, its too unpredictable
all that money down the drain
do u believe mendes actually actually has a shot of being mcgregor?
You think the UFC/Dana giving Mendes subliminals to throw the fight or what?
Damn...not enough time for Conor to continue sonning Chad on the mic. Dude had gems.
:55 seconds :wowwow:
Chad wasn't ready.

give it time breh, give it time. mma as a sport is crazy young, but it's growth rate has outstripped that of other sports equivalents by miles. This is the exact reason why I'm not mad at the UFC for the Reebok deal. The ufc invests in the promo and marketing of the fighters, their image and the fights, just so what, some T shirt with an eagle on it can get prime spotlight in the ring after the fight. I hope UFC never follows the steps of Boxing, they need to follow the real money sports, baseball, nfl, nba, nhl. Get to the point when they can have regular weekly cards which lead and build up to the big fight cards. When the regular money comes in then spread it out equally between the fights. I know odds are we're never gonna see any of this happen, but its nice to dream.
