I've seen a few people who belived he won. However, point is, Silva choked him out whereas Machida fought him to a split decision.

I'm pretty positive that Machida said he would fight Anderson pre-Weidman, but only for a title. Like I said, since he's willing (and actually has fought) his brother, I'm pretty sure he would be willing to fight anybody. It's always Anderson who has been adamant about not fighting Lyoto and Lyoto just kind of agreeing with him.

Weidman has fought the best two MWs in the world and is going to face a top contender in Vitor. After that, he'll face the likes of Jacare, Rockhold, Romero, etc (all top fighters). Weidman has the toughest list of contenders out of any champion in the UFC. How is he getting protected? You dudes are clueless.

how old are Silva,machida and vitor? all the while a peer (with wrestling) in the prime of his career is facing others this proposed trilogy has no business taking place and it wouldn't have been unheard of if Rockhold got a shot off of beating bisping
