hes done the contrite sit down and all the in competition tests have come back clean, seems like in one swift motion all this has become yesterdays news. What can "they" latch on to now
:mjpls:
Anyone hear the rumor Anderson Silva was knocked out in training, he should still be able to handle Nick Diaz though.

Anyone else see Connor McGreggor as an advanced style of Nick Diaz? Constantly pressuring, good striking, better angles than Diaz and seems prone to get outwrestled by grapplers.
even though we know whats coming we havent seen him get out wrestled as of yet so... and the diaz never did spinning, wheel or axe kicks even in their prime let alone now

Now you on the Mcgregor bandwagon, not too along ago you as talking about how he ain't in aldo league

For the most part, my stance on this fight hasn't changed, I don't see McGregor getting past Aldo. I posted that picture because it looked dope, I'm still siding with Aldo. What I will say though is that I expect this fight to be more competitive than I had originally thought. Conor is a very good fighter.

With UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw rematching Renan Barao in April, Brazilian contender Raphael Assuncao is now in a position where he needs to win one more fight to clinch a title shot. According to Globo, verbal agreements are in place for Assuncao to battle Urijah Faber in a five-round main event at UFC Fight Night in Rio de Janeiro on March 21st. While the UFC hasn't made the fight official (at the time of this article's publish), it is likely that the card would be broadcast live on Fox Sports 1.

It seems counter-intuitive to throw a contender into a fight with Faber considering there's a likelihood he won't fight TJ, but :yeshrug:.

Super excited about this fight. I'm a huge fan of Gilbert's, and this is going to be his first real test against high-level competition in MMA. I think he can take this fight though. His ground game is clearly going to be superior and training with Hooft has taken his standup to the next level. Should be a good one.
