since the e was higher than the t.. it's a very very suggestive sign that he was using epitestosterone as a masking agent for some type of PED.

I don't think anything will ever be proven or come from it but it is interesting to see. I don't have enough info to really make an opinion without a medical background. But just from a fighting standpoint it's a suggestive test number.

Seems like your assumption was correct.

Vitor is my favorite athlete of all-time in any sport, so I'm far from having a holier than thou attitude when it comes to PEDs. But if it came out that Jones was cheating I'd be disappointed. His fight against DC was one of the greatest athletic performances I've ever seen, and it would suck as a fan to have it be tainted.

I guess it's time we called into question all of his accomplishments. That's a Dr. saying something is off about that number so :snoop: and don't go :cape: saying it was his first time.

Unless his test come back confirming PED, everything is speculative. But they should honestly strip him of the belt and let him fade for his image. Make Gus/Rumble for the belt. Then Jones comes back for the huge PPV. Also, make Rampage/Evans 2.

The Nevada Athletic Commission continues to drug test Vitor Belfort randomly, despite the fact that his next fight is scheduled to take place in California.

According to NAC executive director Bob Bennett, the commission has already tested Belfort three times leading up to his UFC 184 middleweight title fight against Chris Weidman. Belfort has passed all three tests, and Bennett said the NAC plans on randomly testing Belfort again.

"Both him and his wife have been extremely cooperative, polite, professional and friendly throughout this process," Bennett said. "They have been consummate pros to date."

Is it just me or is the Diaz brothers overrated, do they even hit the gym:manny:

Anderson Silva once held the UFC middleweight title for 2,458 days, cementing his spot as one of the promotion’s greatest champions.

With a win over Nick Diaz -- a man who has not competed in nearly two years -- Silva could get a chance to earn that belt back sooner than expected. During an interview on UFC Tonight, Dana White indicated that “The Spider” would be the No. 1 contender with a victory at UFC 183.

“2015 is starting off with amazing f!ghts. It’s the best January in the company’s history. And all these f!ghts lead to bigger f!ghts,” White said. .... “You’ve got [Vitor Belfort vs. Chris Weidman], then Anderson. If Anderson wins, he can f!ght the winner of either Vitor or Weidman.”

The decision to move Silva to the front of the 185-pound waiting list could raise some eyebrows, especially if Weidman defeats Belfort at UFC 184 on Feb. 28. Silva is coming off back-to-back losses to Weidman, including a gruesome defeat at UFC 168, where a checked kick forced the Brazilian to undergo emergency surgery on his broken left leg.

That injury has sidelined Silva for more than a year, and new contenders have emerged in his absence. Those who could have a claim to a title shot include the winner of the UFC 184 bout between Ronaldo Souza and Yoel Romero, as well as the victor of a rumored matchup pitting Luke Rockhold against Lyoto Machida.

Still, Silva is likely the biggest draw in the division, and his return to the Octagon is shaping up as one of 2015’s most anticipated moments. However, even White admits there are plenty of unknowns heading into Jan. 31.

“It’s an interesting f!ght,” he said. “After the injury, where is Anderson going to be mentally? He does the right thing and is going to be in shape, but will he throw the leg kicks the way he used to? Nick Diaz hasn’t fought in a while. So who knows, we’ll see what happens.”
