Pulling out of the fight with Bendo is smart for Alvarez. I don't think it's on purpose, and i'm sure he thinks he can win, but i think that fight not happening is best for him. I don't think he could win.

Also, The G.O.D II you said the last ppv could be near a million and i said no way, but some guys i know who run the larger sites and do analysis of web traffic and searches are saying the ppv may be a monster. Most people thought 700,000 would be a high point but early analysis shows it may have soared past that.

Yea if there wasn't playoffs going on at the same time this was an easy mil show. But I know a lot of ppl were checking for this card. I had ppl who haven't watched since the glory days of Chuck and Brock hitting me up asking if I was ordering(i don't since no one watches with me and covers the cost) That diaz/silva card is doing big numbers too. IDK why the UFC is charging the extra 5 for that Weidman/Belfort fight tho

Reem vs Roy Nelson set for Dallas. UFC 185.

Does Overeem wake up and go which hard hitting heavyweight do I want to take my face off next? :mindblown: Another stupid fight for him to take. Hes not going to bully around Roy like he did against Mir/Struve. And he doesn't have the footwork/speed to avoid Roy's overhand. He's gonna try to get in close like he always does and Roy will crack him.

i don't know once I heard that they increased the ppv price ala 168 it's all become a farce to me. Even if it does hit 800k and above that's a byproduct of their self imposed inflation :camby:

What? 800k stand is not a monetary figure, it's how many people bought it. 800k * $60 is $48 million.

I don't think he can beat Cain or Werdum to be honest. He's not gonna want to be on the ground with someone the caliber of Werdum, and Cain is Cain. If Brock Lesnar couldn't keep Cain down I'm certain Jones can't either
I disagree. We just saw what Jones did to Cain's training partner and mentor. I fully think Bones beats Cain at LHW and HW, the grind is Cain's bread and butter, but Jones is great at it himself. It would be a very competitive fight. But Jon is simply too good.

Werdum? C'mon son. Clowing Browne and beating Hunt don't place you in the same universe as Jones.

I hope the odds on overeem vs. nelson match your guys feelings on whats going to happen in the fight. Because I see overeem taking him down and ground and pounding roy to an easy decision.
